However the delivery was Dec / Jan. Embrace offered me alternative vehicles with a quicker lead time. "Tom Glennon, Account Manager, at Silverstone has helped me lease 2 cars over the last 3 years and on both occasions has been very professional and diligent in his approach in finding me my desired cars at a good lease price. He liaised with customer care to arrange collection of my original lease car on the same day my new car was delivered. My only negative is with LeasePlan as they still have the original car ‘live’ and I am worried they might take another monthly direct debit erroneously. Trying to speak to them on the phone is a non starter. Was on hold for 35 minutes and gave up !"
