The Silverstone Broker Programme is not open to everyone — and it shouldn’t be. We work with individuals and businesses who are already operating as a car & van leasing broker. 

This isn’t a basic training course — it’s a strategic partnership that gives experienced brokers access to:

One-Off Setup Fee - £1,995 + VAT

To ensure every new Appointed Representative launches with a professional foundation, we apply a one-off setup fee of £1,995 + VAT. This covers onboarding, account configuration, FCA alignment within our framework, funder setup, CRM configuration and your operational implementation plan. For Pro and Elite, the setup also includes the build and deployment of your branded leasing website.

Commission Structure — Transparent and Built for Scale

Our commission model is designed to be clear, fair and sustainable — supporting the infrastructure, compliance oversight and back-office support that powers your brokerage.

On regulated fixed commission agreements, you retain 80%, with 20% allocated to the systems, compliance and operational platform provided by Silverstone.

On variable commission (BCH) agreements, you retain 100% of the commission, giving you full upside where margin flexibility allows.

This structure ensures you’re rewarded for performance while enabling you to operate and scale professionally.

Processing Fee — 100% Retained by You

You retain 100% of your processing fee on every completed deal. This provides a consistent revenue stream alongside commission and supports healthy cash flow as you scale — allowing you to reinvest into marketing, people and growth.

Pro members receive enhanced CRM capability, access to training resources, support from a dedicated account manager, and operational help across proposals, documentation and deliveries — giving you the capacity to grow without compromising customer experience.
