We’re delighted to welcome Kerrie White to the Silverstone Leasing Customer Care team.
Kerrie brings a wealth of experience across administration, customer support, and the leasing industry, having previously worked with Vauxhall Leasing in a variety of roles. Her background gives her a strong understanding of the full leasing journey — from initial enquiry through to delivery — as well as the importance of clear communication, accuracy, and attention to detail at every stage.
In her role within our Customer Care team, Kerrie supports customers throughout their leasing experience, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and fully supported from start to finish. Whether it’s providing updates, answering queries, or liaising with dealers and funders behind the scenes, Kerrie plays an important role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
More recently, Kerrie has been working within education as a Teaching Assistant, where she has developed exceptional organisational skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others. She has taken on additional responsibilities for student wellbeing, highlighting her caring nature and ability to build trust — qualities perfectly aligned with our customer-first approach and commitment to delivering a personal service.
Kerrie is known for being highly organised, dependable, and a real team player who takes pride in delivering the best possible outcomes. Her ability to remain calm under pressure and her proactive mindset make her a valuable asset, particularly during busy periods where clear communication and efficiency are key.
Her experience across multiple sectors, combined with her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, makes her a fantastic addition to the Silverstone Leasing team and a reassuring point of contact for our customers.
Outside of work, Kerrie is a dedicated mum to three boys and enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as following football. Her busy home life reflects the same energy, organisation, and commitment she brings to her role within the business.
