The Silverstone Broker Programme is not open to everyone. We carefully approve only the most committed, driven and professional individuals to join our network. This ensures the strength of our brand, protects the quality of service our customers expect, and maintains the high standards we have built over more than a decade in the industry. By accepting only the best candidates, we create a community of brokers who share the same values, ambition and dedication to excellence, making the programme stronger for everyone involved.
To ensure every new broker launches with a strong, professional foundation, we apply a one-off setup fee of £1995 + VAT. This covers your full onboarding process, FCA alignment, funder setup, CRM configuration, and the creation of your branded assets. For Pro and Elite members, this also includes the full build and deployment of your bespoke leasing website. The setup fee guarantees that you join the programme fully prepared, fully supported, and ready to start trading within as little as 14 days.
As part of the Silverstone Broker Programme, you’ll benefit from a transparent and rewarding commission model designed to maximise your earnings. On regulated fixed commission agreements, you retain 80% of the commission, with the remaining 20% supporting the systems, compliance and back-office infrastructure that powers your business.
On variable commission agreements (BCH), you retain 100% of the commission, giving you the full upside on deals where pricing flexibility or negotiation allows for greater margin. This balanced structure ensures you are always rewarded fairly for the work you do while still receiving the full support of the Silverstone team.
In addition to your commission earnings, you will also retain 100% of the processing fee on every deal you complete. This gives you a reliable and consistent income stream alongside your commissions, ensuring that each transaction delivers maximum value to your business. Keeping the full processing fee helps strengthen your cash flow, supports reinvestment, and provides immediate earnings from the very first day.
