Silverstone Soccer 2024 marked our fifth annual charity football tournament in support of Cynthia Spencer Hospice. Ten teams battled it out on the pitch, while families enjoyed fun activities off it. With over £3,000 raised, it was our biggest and best event yet. A huge thank you to everyone who took part and made it a day to remember.

The fifth annual Silverstone Soccer fundraiser, held on Sunday 23 June 2024 at Daventry Town Football Club, raised more than £3,500 in support of Cynthia Spencer Hospice.
Ten teams competed in the spirited five-a-side tournament, with Stonhills Estate Agents lifting the winner’s trophy and Bechtle UK finishing as worthy runners-up.
But it was about more than just football. The event delivered a full day of family fun, including a bouncy castle and a hands-on car wash experience from Silverstone Leasing Managing Director Scott Norville, also known on the day as “Scott’s Soapy Suds.”
Ryan Bishop, organiser of Silverstone Soccer and Leasing Sales Manager at Silverstone Leasing, said:
“This year felt extra special as we celebrated our fifth consecutive event. It was brilliant to see so many teams arrive with their families, creating a fantastic community atmosphere. Whether they came to play, support, or simply enjoy the activities, everyone helped make the day what it was.
A personal highlight was seeing returning teams from previous years alongside three new entrants. Silverstone Soccer is more than just a tournament – it's a community-driven event that brings people together and makes a real difference.”
He also extended heartfelt thanks to the event's headline sponsors All Things Business, gold sponsors Acorn Analytical Services, and all attendees who helped raise vital funds for such an important cause.
