We’re incredibly proud to announce that Michelle Williamson, Customer Care Manager at Silverstone Leasing, has been named a finalist in the Northamptonshire Business Excellence Awards. Michelle has been shortlisted for the highly regarded Employee of the Year Award, with the ceremony due to take place next month.

Michelle joined Silverstone Leasing in March 2022 as our very first part-time employee. From day one, she made an immediate and lasting impact, quickly becoming central to our customer care approach. Today, she oversees everything from enquiries and delivery updates to aftercare support, ensuring every client receives the same high-quality experience and feels informed and valued throughout their leasing journey.

Beyond her daily responsibilities, Michelle has transformed the way Silverstone Leasing operates behind the scenes. She has developed and introduced new processes that provide consistency across the team, meaning every customer enjoys the same standard of service regardless of who they speak to. Her work has played a vital role in strengthening our reputation for transparent, reliable and personal customer care.

Speaking about her nomination, Michelle said she was “incredibly shocked, excited and honoured” to be a finalist, adding: “I love working at Silverstone Leasing and this award nomination really means so much to me. Good luck to all the finalists.”
