Celebrating 3 Years of Success – Congratulations, Amber!

Today, we’re celebrating a very special milestone for one of our own – Amber Thorpe, who has officially reached her 3-year anniversary with the business.

Amber first joined us as a Customer Care Apprentice. Right from the start, her enthusiasm for learning and her natural ability to connect with people shone through. She quickly became a go-to support for both colleagues and customers alike, always going the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Since then, Amber has embraced every challenge and opportunity that’s come her way. She progressed into a role within sales, where she continued to showcase her determination, attention to detail, and customer-first approach. Her passion for delivering the very best experience to our customers has been clear in everything she does.

Fast forward to today, and Amber has now stepped into her new role as Customer Care Team Leader. It’s a well-deserved promotion that highlights not just her commitment to personal growth, but also the trust and respect she has earned from the entire team.

Amber’s journey is a fantastic example of what we believe in as a company – that with hard work, dedication, and the right support, career progression is always possible. We’re incredibly proud of how far she’s come in just three years, and we can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes her.
