Have no more than six penalty points on your licence within the past five years*
Have no more than two at-fault claims within the last two years
Not have been advised by the DVLA or a medical professional to cease driving due to a medical condition
Not have been disqualified from driving in the past five years
Never have been refused motor insurance
For Personal Contract Hire:
You must be the lessee, or their spouse, partner, or immediate family member (parents, siblings, or children), provided all other eligibility criteria are met.
For Contract Hire (Business Leasing):
You must be an employee of the company, or their spouse, partner, or immediate family member (parents, siblings, or children), provided all other eligibility criteria are met.
If you’re applying to lease a high-value electric vehicle, you must meet the following criteria:
Be aged between 25 and 70
Hold a full EU driving licence that has been valid for at least five years

Be the named driver or the driver’s spouse or partner
Have held a clean licence with no penalty points in the last five years
Have had no at-fault insurance claims in the past 24 months
