With a growing reputation and customer base, we’re now looking to expand our sales team with a driven and enthusiastic Leasing Account Manager ready to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our sales operation – building relationships with new and existing customers, guiding them through the leasing process, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

You’ll handle inbound enquiries, follow up on leads, and proactively manage your pipeline of prospects. From first contact to vehicle delivery, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer has a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries and follow up on qualified leads

  • Build strong relationships with individual and business customers

  • Present leasing options based on customers’ needs and budget

  • Provide accurate quotations and guide customers through the leasing process

  • Liaise with funders, dealerships, and our in-house support teams to ensure smooth order progression

  • Work to monthly sales targets with a focus on quality and compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions using our CRM system

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales or customer service (automotive or leasing experience is a bonus, but not essential)

  • A confident communicator with great listening skills

  • Motivated by success, earnings, and customer satisfaction

  • Professional, organised, and able to manage multiple enquiries

  • Strong IT and admin skills – comfortable using CRM systems and email

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a hunger to learn

  • Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £60,000+

A Day in the Life

No two days are quite the same, but you can expect a busy and rewarding mix of customer interaction, deal-building, and teamwork. You’ll start your day by reviewing your leads and following up on live enquiries, preparing quotes, and responding to customer questions. Throughout the day, you'll speak with individuals and businesses to understand their vehicle needs, present options, and guide them through the leasing process. You’ll liaise with dealers, funders, and our support teams to verify vehicle availability, arrange deliveries, and ensure every detail is accurate. By the end of the day, you’ll have moved deals forward, secured new business, and helped someone get behind the wheel of their perfect vehicle – all with the support of a friendly, driven team around you.
